This intimate wedding was one of my favourites from this past summer. Chris and Renae wanted a very simple and intimate wedding with their closest people. They didn't get caught up in all of the details because that just wasn't them. They rented a private property in Prince Edward County where they stayed, got married and celebrated. It was a Tuesday afternoon in August and one of the hottest days of the entire summer. I was melting while I was setting up their wedding. Tj Tindale shot this lovely afternoon and captured the authentic simplicity of it all. I love the variety of weddings I get to create for- I love the neutral palettes and also the colourful ones. It is so nice to work in all different locations, always meeting new people and taking it as it comes ( whether that's flowering a tree in the pouring rain or making a table garland in the direct sun while its 40C). The most important part of your wedding is staying true to yourselves. You can't do anything because you're supposed to. You are unique and you need to tell that story as honestly as you can which will only make the whole day that much better!
